Return & Refund Policy of Oviya Pty Ltd’s Website
- Introduction
These terms and conditions (Terms) are between Oviya Pty Ltd (We, Us, or Our) and you (the Customer). By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.
- Receipt of Goods
(a) You must inspect the Goods immediately upon their arrival and if the Goods are not in accordance with the specified requirements then you must give notice to us within 3 days of receipt of the Goods. If you fail to give such notice, the Goods must be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the specified requirements. No claim must be recognised unless made in writing and received by us within 3 days after receipt of the Goods by you.
(b) This paragraph does not apply if the Goods are subject to consumer guarantees imposed under the Australian Consumer Law — where consumer guarantees apply, refer to clause 9 below.
- Refund Policy
Due to health and hygiene reasons, and to ensure product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than product defects, incorrect items sent, or serious damage during transportation. Even if the packaging remains unopened, items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind or no longer want them. This policy applies to all intimate items such as sex toys, lingerie, intimate apparel, and other personal use products, as well as any item that by its nature cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened. Please choose carefully, and if you have any questions about a product, contact us before purchase. Our team is happy to help you make an informed decision.
- Returns and Hygiene Considerations
(a) Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of vibrators or other adult products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
(b) If you receive a defective, incorrect, or significantly damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, Oviya will cover the return shipping costs.
(c) All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns for reasons other than those stated above, except for quality issues occurring during normal use, will not be accepted, even if the packaging remains unopened.
(d) For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that appear to have been used, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.
